Privacy Policy

This explains what data Statuvox holds, why, and what you can do about it.

Last updated 7 June 2026

What we collect

We collect the account details you provide when you sign up (your name and email, handled through our authentication provider), the product information you enter into the assessment, and the documents Statuvox generates for you. We also keep an audit log of key actions — such as accepting the draft attestation — with a timestamp and who performed them.

Why we use it

We use your data to run the service: to classify your product, draft your documents, monitor for regulatory changes that affect you, and maintain a record of what was done and when. We do not sell your data.

Service providers we rely on

Statuvox is built on a small set of trusted providers: authentication, database hosting, payments, email delivery, and an AI model provider used to draft and classify documents. Each processes data only to provide its part of the service. Your product information may be sent to the AI provider to generate your drafts; it is not used to train their models on your behalf.

Where your data lives and how it is protected

Your data is isolated per account. Access is restricted by row-level security so one account cannot read another’s data, and sensitive operations run server-side with credentials that are never exposed to the browser.

Retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Audit records are retained as part of the compliance trail. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data except where we are required to keep records.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To make a request, contact us and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable data-protection law.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
